The original bridge over Malši is replaced by a new structure, the aim of which is to connect the landscape on both sides of the bridge not only physically, but also visually. In the longitudinal view, the bridge has a subtle impression and does not obstruct the view along the river. This is achieved by a designed structure with parapet beams and a cross profile of the bridge in the shape of a very flat lens. The chosen design solution allows pedestrians and cyclists to be separated from the road while maintaining direct contact with the river.

The bridge structure with one span of 53.5 m is designed as a spatial grid acting as a simple beam. In the longitudinal direction, the supporting system of the bridge is designed as a prestressed concrete structure consisting of four beams, while the outermost pairs of beams are designed as parapet beams of 2.5 m height, which provide the structure with the necessary bending stiffness and at the same time function as an acoustic barrier. In the transverse direction, the structure is stiffened by a system of transverse reinforced concrete ribs.
