The competition for the redesign of a public courtyard in Pilsen on Borech came from the initiative and participation of local citizens. The nice green space of the pre-war period has been somewhat neglected in recent decades. The new solution should take into account the needs of the inhabitants of the adjacent houses.
The semi-private character of the courtyard is preserved. This is, rather than a park, a public garden for the locals. The red circular path separates the relaxation areas inside from the parking on the perimeter. Moving the pitch from the center of the block to the edge creates a large sunny lawn. A new parking lot with grassing pavement prevents the loss of parking spaces. The playground is complemented by other game elements in the new flour area. An indoor gazebo with a picnic table will be created. Enhanced trees are complemented by new ones. A simple lightweight and durable metallic furniture is used. Intimacy blocks the hedge at the entrance.
